Key Paua Contract Amends (2-12-2025)

Main contract terms changes

·      Clarity introduced over “Billable Units” to allow for billing against cards, mobile apps or vehicle tokens to reflect changing business appetite away from a “card only product”. Billing will take place against the maximum of billable units allocated to a business within a month at the tier selected and for the product selected (the package).

·      Greater references made to the range of services Paua offers in the schedules

·      Clarification on “order forms” allowing customersto request product upgrades including with clear requests made via email

·      Addition of a definition for a vehicle token as Paua starts to introduce vehicle led charging authentication (AutoCharge and Plug & Charge)

·      Introduction of capability for customers to use API’s for limited purposes to support their fleets performance

·      Clarification and consistency introduced around a £50 fee added for late paid invoices to reflect challenges faced in the industry chasing bad debt.

·      Updates reflecting billable units and allowance of vehicle tokens for billing

Schedule 3; for Paua PRO – Paua’s premium tiers

·      A new schedule reflecting the newly introduced premium tiers

·      Additional terms reflecting the enhanced services that customers will gain access to particularly reflecting the API’s which are clearly outlined as for the customers benefit only and not for the purpose of reselling or reusing in other formats

Schedule 4; for Paua Reimburse – introduced to allow all customers an easier route to add this to their package

·      Terms reflecting AER services; either paying atAER or collecting at AER (the reverse AER method)

·      Terms reflecting full cost reimbursement services for either business only drivers or those who require personal and business needs
